McCloud Judgement – the impact of the Age Discrimination Case, when decisions are required and the options available
Annual Allowance – the Remediable Pension Savings Statements (the ‘brown envelope’) and the importance to review information received. Awareness of Threshold Income and the implications of exceeding the allowance and payment options
Lifetime Allowance – recently abolished but still relevant regarding maximum tax-free lump sum payments. Lifetime Allowance protection remains available although a deadline to secure now applies (5.4.2025)
