About Me
Susie Edwards, Director, WonderIf
With over two decades of experience as an organisational development consultant, trainer, and executive coach, I have dedicated my career to empowering leaders and teams across healthcare, science, education, and business sectors. My expertise lies in leadership development, communication, and career wellness, designing programmes that deliver measurable impact. Highlights include pioneering the Clinical Director Programme with the BMA to support PCNs, leading virtual webinars for GP Hubs in Derbyshire, and delivering workshops on Collaborative Networks in PCNs. I thrive on creating engaging and practical solutions, such as the Evelina Hospital’s resilience programme and tailored leadership frameworks for NHS Trusts.
I have collaborated with organisations like the BMJ, NHS Midlands Leadership Academy, NHS England – London, NHS Trusts, ICB’s and the Wellcome Sanger Institute. My work spans producing e-learning modules, delivering masterclasses, and supporting individuals in career transitions during critical moments. Combining strategic insight with a personal, hands-on approach, I equip individuals and teams to navigate change, build resilience, and thrive in dynamic environments. Driven by curiosity and a commitment to growth, my current research focuses on retaining healthcare talent through life transitions such as the menopause and I am speaking at a Longevity Summit in May on this topic area.
